I doubt it that this guy can upgrade all his farms and other stupid tactics he showed in one short campaign, too little time

Lordmarkitgs, in response to your comment i have one of my own. I agree with this guys tactics almost 100% and even though you are right in saying that he might be a defensive player, nevertheless if you are playing on hard you might want to consider a defensive stratergy to start as there is always a possiblity that your armies may get fended off and you will have no army to defend your country until you have built back up your wealth.

Also especially if you are a Eastern European faction. Most of the enemies already have allied factions so attacking them may damage your ability for trade, your reputation and effect your expenditure negatively as you are spending more moeny on Troop upkeep more then anything else. He has a very good understanding of strategic playing and I feel that his way is one of the best ways.

However if your a beginner or dont feel confident, on medium, attacking straight away is fine aswell (I just wouldnt advise it if you want to dominate)

P.S. If your England you will want to attack the French country straight away because it makes taking territories in America easier and France is a VERY useful province.

    Great Game!

I don't think the Empire Total war guide was very good. Yes it explains some basic things (which only take an hour most to figure out).

Clearly the guy who made this guide is a defensive player. However, the best form of defence is attack, and you should rally all your starting troops and attack straight away.

    Anyway, great game!

guys this is the new "on the spot" pleeeaaseee keep it exciting, a little "spunk" to the system, These games are awesome so shout about it. Take the typical stereotyping away from gaming and reel in the newbs, maybe give a one off to to robin williams to jazz it up!! Good show non the less!!

I for 1 hav encountered so many bugs from a glitchy cutsecenes to points where a nation declares war on me an the game crashes when I accept the fact that he declared war on me by clickin on the 'tick' BUT the game is Sooo good that I easily overlook these small bugs. Like a mosquito, its annoying but it can hardly make u move from a good spot The game has its problems but its a wonderful game thats just being held back from being a perfect 10!!! PS I've already spent countless hours of my life playing this game a very worthwhile investment

I think this guy must have shares in Sega.

ETW is bug ridden beyond belief, highly unchallenging poor AI, and best of all tends to crash ever other 3d battle.

Best tip I can give ya is don't buy it, that would go twice for stormrise sadly.

Somethings very wrong in CA/Sega land at the moment if these 2 titles are anything to go by.

The forums are humming with very unhappy peeps.

It's nice to see a movie tie in game that might actually be good... But is it a movie tie in or a comic tie in?
