    :O ........ woah that looked super awesome. I mean even though some of the attacks don't look realistic or germaine to the true spiderman. not that I know the comics really or w/e but. still looks super awesome. I kinda agreed with some people that the graphics looked rag doll esc. but this video proved me wrong. the brick he's running against is good detail when he swings and just the lighting and shading looks great and those robot dudes he was fighting look awesome. and so does spidey. hope I can afford it when it comes out, cuz money's tiiight hah. but yeahhh!! awesome!!

    a Q - in the screen shots - the female character spiderman is with - in the back jumpsuit and white hair - thats not spiderwoman is it? I cant tell - she looks different in the comic and stuff. She wears a red suit and has brown hair, but who else would it be? Anyone know? Just curious.

    Spiderman 3 was disappointing, not terrible. Spiderman 2 was a great game lets hope this one delivers too, looks like it will though

    Many of you may be too young to remember, but back when the Sega CD was around, the best Spider-Man game of that console generation was released. It was called The Amazing Spiderman vs. The Kingpin. An absolutely brilliant side-scroller and a significant improvement over the Sega Genesis version. Seeing this game in action gives me great optimism that this could be one of the best Spider-Man games for "this" console generation. Let's hope they deliver on the goods.

    so the robots don't fall off the building when uppercutted or whatever. did any of YOU design these robots? let's remember that this is a SPIDER-MAN VIDEO GAME that's based on a COMIC BOOK people! if the robots don't obey the laws of physics then that's OK! besides they're already walking on the walls like it's normal to begin with. just let it go.

    Oh, and the game looks sweet.

    well it looks nice but it has some issues...the robots should fall of the building when punched or pulled by web...and spidey while in the black suit should be able to stand on the wall (on his feet)...and I don't like those extremely powerfull moves when he just blows everyone up with some tenticles or a huge web ball...doesn't feel natural...the physics engine is amazing to be short

    well Flat Line the reason this spider-man is "unleashed" is because the plot is set in the ulitmate spiderman comic book series and Peter has full control over his ablitly now

    Okay in this video he appears to swing on the building but in all the other videos he is swinging from clouds like in SM1. I HATE that, he needs to be swinging on buildings like the real spider-man

    The overall graphics look phat,... but just like some else pointed out, when you uppercut a robot from the side of a building,... he shouldn´t `fall` back against the side of the wall again...


    The graphics look spot on though !

    I don't know, it seems like wall-crawling is not physics driven, which if so, would be kinda bad in this generation of games

    I agree with Halo_Slayer21....the enemies running on the walls looks cheep....I think they couldn't figure out what to do when Spiderman ran up a wall , so they just had the enemies run up walls as well.

    sm3 in xbox 360 version is better than ps2 version!!if you buy web of shadows in ps2 version it wiil really suck!!(like spiderman 3 in ps2)

    not too sure the mechs should be allowed to wall crawl kinda takes away from spider-man's advantages and the symbiote suit needs to be put away before the concept gets ruined.

    Q3 stands for third quarter, so that means that this game is probably going to come out between july and september. (it's not always reliable, though)
