    It isn't a Halo 4, there was that Microsoft press release saying that Master Chief will return to the time line floating towards that planet after Halo 3

    There hasn't been a Final Fantasy yet that I haven't deeply enjoyed playing (I haven't played FFXI of course). The only game series I can think of that has gone on for way longer than it should have is Dynasty Warriors.

    @dbzdagan Uh-oh...does this mean we're going to be subjected to even more spinoffs? Halo is awesome, but there can be too much of a good thing.
    @Luger718 Not exactly. ODST takes place a little before Halo 3, during the last quarter or so of Halo 2.

    The best way to understand this preview of the game is to read the book, The Fall of Reach. It makes much more sense when the audio is played in this video if you have read that book.

    I'm not going to say this looks awesome or not, because there's really no gameplay footage shown here. All it is, is a video to create hype. Now, everyone will be saying, "I wonder what Halo: Reach is going to look like." Creating hype... That is about all this video is going to do.

    I hope for this game, that they put all aspects of the story into it, such as growing up from being a little kid in the SPARTAN II program. Also, I wouldn't mind playing as a Covenent character as a counter-operative campaign in this game, since the Covenent actually do win the battle of Reach. But, that's just something I'd like to see, not everyone's opinion will be the same.

    ok... like seriously. wats every1 so fired up about this game 4? we dont even know wat its about. all we know is it involves reach and spartans. thats about it. I love halo. but its just crazy how every1s like "OMG its gunna be the best game EVER!!! i just cumd my pants!!!! AHHH!!!!" why dony we see some acualy game play or something before we freak out? ok?

    I wish i could read the books but it's a bit difficult to find them here in Greece,even in english. I've been looking for the Gears Of War books as well but nothing so far... maybe i should start buying from the net.halo rocks lol

    if you read the book Fall Of Reach by Eric Nylund, all the spartans, like 30 or something if i remember well, were on Reach and that game is based on that book apparently, so heaps of spartans, hope it will be squad based, and according to the book Chief isnt the only spartan survivor, there's another chick that Dr Halsey took away. I forgot her name, but i reccomend that book
