    I already saw The babysitter, the series is good but it is unusual for Microsoft in America to be partners with the guys who made E7, Apple seed, Ghost in the shell, etc.

    This looks weird, why was there a person in a field holding a magnum to another person's head? You're supposed to be shooting the brutes, moron. Still looks cool though.

    I agree i like anime but the trillion dollar corporation should be doing this not some Asian anime company. It could've easily been done in game graphics even like one big cut scene.

    Halo is a full supported Microsoft mascot product....and Microsoft is NOT Japanese and would NEVER work with an ANIME project...what has happened to the world??

    it looks quite good... but i dont really like the idea of mixing 3d animation with 2d sequences, besides, the japanese characters are not the ones we were expecting to see in representation of masterchief or any other character from the bungie's serie

Why don't you give it a chance? If you don't like what you see when you watch it, then don't watch it.     Well, in my opinion i think "Deathrebellion" is wrong... i'm not a fan of anime, but i've seen my fare share and that ones must of been the worst! =/

    Just for the record, John was not the highest ranking Spartan. "The Ghosts of Onyx" I believe Kurt is promoted in order to direct the camp for Spatan III's. Double check, it's been a while.

    Halo legends looks like its gonna be awesome,looks like its gonna be telling about lot of spartans and troops or idk but at 1:48 thats master chief bc his armor is 117 and theres another one at 1:30 says 1337 dam their must have been alot of spatans...i wonder whos was the highest rank spartan(certainly wasnt john bc his rank is master chief) oh i hope they tell us in this anime" You're a tard, go read "Halo: Fall of Reach" and it will answer all those questions. There were ~140 spartans like stated below and John WAS the lead spartan.

    there not taking away John's "Mystique" there just telling the story of how it came to be that way. And if you read the halo book "Fall Of Reach" it gives a huge perspective of how Halo:Reach will be like. I'm not too crazy about the animation but I'm sure the story will be well done and I will still watch them all.

    For dedicated Halo fans this is more than we could dream of! District 9 was a shock (I know they went off on their own tangent and not directly halo/spartan based) but a anime expanding upon the Halo universe, awesome! This is will probably go over Dr. Halsey's recruitment of the kids for the Spartan II project and their training/lives. Although I hope it gives a detailed outline of the Spartan I project because the authors of the books/lore were vague about that sort of thing.

    I recall that there are up to around 140 documented Spartan-II's. I have hardly an idea how many are still operational by the time of the Covenant War, and even less knowledge of how many Spartan-I's there are (Avery Johnson was hinted to be one).

    The 1337 designation is a joke. I believe the short containing this Spartan will be one surrealistic mumbo-jumbo a la one of the Matrix shorts.
