    I think there are different starting points
    Like you will start off in a different area when you start a game

    The area you start is dependent upon where you pass out in the beginning. I forget exactly who you end up with depending upon where you pass out/get shot, but I do know that when I went directly across the street from the hospital into an allyway, and then turned right and passed out, I got picked up by Arturo Quiepo. On my first playthrough I passed out in the hospital, and got picked up by someone completely different.
