    Anyone else getting this message when you click on confirm download:

    Cant retrieve information from xbox live. Please try again later.

    Status code: 8015000a

    Kind of annoying, but there are heavy storms about to hit the place i live so maybe thats the reason but still anyone else getting this problem?

    I didn't experience this, but there are a couple other people on this board that are running into similar problems. Maybe too many people are downloading them at once or something. Give it a half hour then try again.

    Or, take the error code they gave you, and try doing a google search or something to see if you can see EXACTLY what the problem is.

    I just had the same problem and I fixed it by just clicking confirm on the dl screen until it started. It worked for me so it might work for you

    I just did a little search for "Error code 8015000a", and it seems to be a problem connecting to Microsoft, normally having to do with overwhelmed servers or a server crash. Since the servers haven't crashed (at least not for me) it leads me to believe that the servers are being overwhelmed right now. And think about it. It's 3:15. Right about the time everyone is getting home from school or work. Just keep trying, it'll probably work eventually.

    same thing is happening to me when I was trying to redeem the 1 free month they gave me with my replacement xbox...
