How do I beat the Second Fabricator, the one in Area 11?

I get up to the fabricator part, and he does the 4 flashes where the arms come out, and gets me every time.

how could you not see the flashes that come out before the claws come out? For example, a flash left, then top, then diagonally right means that the left, then top, then diagonally right claws will come out

It's basically the same as the first time you faced it except now you gotta play simon says and block all 3 arms in a row, the order they flashes in the order they come out.
