``Round-n-Swing, Donvalve's Achievement?

How exactly do I unlock this achievement? Its description says "In the single-player arcade mode, hit with Donvalve's strongest swing, Don Don Swing."

I did the super Don Don Swing in the middle of a battle at Arcade Mode, in the easiest difficult level, and it didn't work. What else do I have to do?

Make sure that you spin the joystick or D-pad as many times as you can by the time the other guy is thrown, I'm not sure how many times exactly that is, but I have it!
