This should be the game of the year

I know that the the assassin's crred franchises is a trilogy. Don't get me wrong, Italian renaissance is the coolest ever game setting they could have for an assassin's creed game. But I have seen alot of controversy on the web about where the next game, should be, I've heard WWII, China, The "New World" era, my vote is for the war of 1812, with big figures in Russia, France, and Napoleon. I think it is the most recent timeline they could put an AC setting in. since WWII just seems to advanced. Vote if you think war of 1812 is a good choice for the next game.

I didnt like the review here.

AC2 is an excellent game. It deserves a 9.5 at least or a 10.

Shame on you this time, GS

Yes, about the score, i said why have the same of the AC, but a 9.0 is really a small number to describe this game, taht is probably the best of the year.

Anyone that said that Assassin's Creed 2 should be 9.5,your right,it should get a game of the year nominee.

this game is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I didn't expect much from it after playing the first, from which I expected A LOT, but I was wrong! this game is so BIG and is so well mixed with the first game! I couldn't believe it but it's true this game is a whole new game! missions, side mission etc everything! this game makes me happy!

ACx7, read my prev prev message and you will understand why the two AC have the same score.

I don't understand the rating for this game... A 9.0. Yet the first got a 9.0 ... and the reviewer is doing nothing but praising AC2 for improving on what AC1 did. Shouldn't it be higher? On a side note...the game is spectacular.

NyataLimax, about your question, yes, there are loading times betwen maps. The loading time is around 10 seconds i think. But the dimensions of every map are colosal. Every city is a unique map, so you never will have a loading time when you are in "Firenze" for example, except when you enter in a catacomb, die or fail a mission.
    Greetings.

  • NyataLimax

    Posted Nov 25, 2009 2:51 pm PT

Awesome review man, still no one answered the question if there are loading times between the cities and world map. I'm sure I'm going to get it for my PC and the OST as I hear sounds exquisite.

This game is amazing in anyway you want to or even can look at it. Definitely better than the first one which was extremely hard to outdo. I don't like this guy who did the review though. I don't think he actually played the game considering he couldn't pronounce Ezio's name properly. Ezio with an E as you see... not Azio with an A..

i wouldnt say its bigger and better than the original, yes the graphics are way better and the new modes are cool, but its still a great game.

  • willy2142

    Posted Nov 25, 2009 7:26 am PT

If i don`t get wrong, in the info about the Score says that a score of new game is higher than a old game, for example, a game that got a 8.5 this year, will be better than a game that got a 9.0 five years ago.

    Posted Nov 25, 2009 7:19 am PT

This dosent make any sense, The reveiw said it was Bigger, Better, and more Beautifull than AC1, so why does AC2 get the same score?!

  • willy2142

    Posted Nov 25, 2009 7:12 am PT

Like lord21 i think the same about the assassination missions, in the First one this missions are better, but in ACII also there are a lot of other kind of missions, and this are a lot of fun. Like the mission when you guide the Da Vinci`s cart and the enemy follows you, it`s really intense, and a lot more funny than the missions of the First.
    Greetings.

    @lord21
i thought the first was a very very linear, monotonous, piece of crap game. if you say thisone is even worse...

    Awesome.

Also the achievements are too easy and the story line is just plain weird lol

  • lord21

    Posted Nov 25, 2009 3:09 am PT

I thought this game was a let down, its just not as good as the first. There are new add ons to the game which i thought were pointless and the notoriety in the game having you rip posters off on top of buildings is stupid. The missions are also not as good and don't really make you feel like an assassin as the first one did.

I will wait until I actually get my hands on this to decide whether it is a good game or not.
Though I must say, it does look very very shiny indeed. I wonder how useful the gun is.

Game looks great, but I don't know. Something about AC that just doesn't sit right with me.

  • Col_Kilgore

    Posted Nov 24, 2009 3:44 pm PT

What are you talking about, willy2142? The guy merely said the second one was a lot better. How in the world is that trolling? I assume English isn't your first language so you may want to learn it a lot better before you make such blatantly incorrect comments.

    J_I_B_B_E_R:
The game is not short at all. I`ve playing like 15 hour (both primary and secondary missions) and i`m in the memory block 6 of 14 or 15. Problaby RedMan21218000 doesn`t played this game, or just played all the day these two days he says.
