Sega Sports ships NHL 2K3, NCAA Basketball 2K3
Sega ships more of its sports titles to retailers in North America.
Sega of America has announced that the GameCube version of NHL 2K3 and the Xbox and GameCube versions of NCAA College Basketball 2K3 have been shipped to retailers in North America. NHL 2K3 features a number of different modes to select from, including quick game, season, exhibition, playoffs, tournament, and a revamped franchise mode so players can trade and sign players as well as scout for rookies in the NHL off-season.
NCAA College Basketball 2K3 lets players choose from 300 Division I college basketball teams that they can take to the Final Four. NCAA College Basketball 2K3 features a legacy mode--similar to NHL 2K3's franchise mode--where players can scout potential rookies in the off-season and persuade them to come to their school by making phone calls and visits. The game also offers gym rat, exhibition, practice, season, and tournament options.
