First look: F1 2001 Xbox
See the first official screenshots from the Xbox version of EA's F1 game.
GameSpot brings you the first screenshots from F1 2001 for the Microsoft Xbox. The game, which was already released to high praise on the Sony PlayStation 2, carries the full F1 license and features 17 tracks, 11 racing teams, and 22 professional drivers. Additionally, the AI has been significantly improved over previous games in the series and dynamic weather conditions, which may affect certain portions of a track and not others, have also been brought into play in F1 2001. Enhancements for the Xbox version will primarily be in the graphics department. The final game will run at a blistering 60fps and feature more realistic particle effects and reflections.
F1 2001 will be released for the Xbox by the end of the year.
