New X-Files game in the works
Vivendi and Fox team up to deliver a new game based on The X-Files.
Vivendi Universal has announced X-Files: Resist or Serve. The game is in development for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox at Black Ops Entertainment, and it is said to contain about three episodes' worth of all-new content. It will feature many likenesses and voices from the TV show, including the show's stars, David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson.
X-Files: Resist or Serve takes place in a town called Red Falls, and it will involve the investigation of some unusual murders, ghost sightings, and other spooky activity. The game will eventually take the team to a buried alien spacecraft and a battle to prevent the alien colonization of Earth.
X-Files: Resist or Serve is currently planned for release this summer.
