New media: Kabuki Warriors

Crave Entertainment has released new screenshots from Kabuki Warriors for the Microsoft Xbox. The game--which is replacing Kengo: Legacy of the Blade in Crave's Xbox lineup--puts the player in the role of the leader of a Japanese Kabuki troop. The gameplay involves staged battles, as players must defeat other Kabuki troops, recruit the most talented samurai, and take on the reigning champions of the Kabuki Theater. According to Crave, the controls in Kabuki Warriors are easy to learn, but the fighting system will provide a lot of depth to the gameplay. Kabuki Warriors is being developed by Lightweight and will be released for the North American launch of the Xbox on November 8.
