Microsoft Announces Grabbed by the Ghoulies

At its pre-E3 press event this evening, Microsoft has revealed that the first Xbox-exclusive game from UK-based developer Rare--which it acquired last September--will be a fighting game called Grabbed by the Ghoulies. Details on the game are scarce at present, but Microsoft describes it as a fun and chaotic beat-'em-up in which you'll assume the role of a character called Cooper who must rescue his girlfriend from the Ghoulies.

Grabbed by the Ghoulies is currently scheduled for release toward the end of this year. We'll bring you more information on the game as soon as it becomes available.
