Check out the latest X-Men Origins: Wolverine Trailer, featuring the character Gambit.
I did not see wolverine battling the Brood.....anyone from the comic book world of wolverine knows what Im talking about.......anyway, Im gonna get it.....right now^^
i dont no. i dont like games like this. most of the time there crap because when u see the movie and there is a level in the game witch is not in the movie the game is not enything like the movie the game just dosnt feel right. but on the other hand x-men games have been good. but i dont like 1 player games and non online games so i just dont know
I just hope this game isn't the full $60. If so, I won't be so fast in getting this. Now if it was a Storm game.............
Alex, the game actually is rated, tho I don't know why they don't have it shown on the cover yet... Anyway, it'll be rated mature for 360 and ps3, but I hear it's gonna be teen for the other systems.
Yeah the sentinels were a huge part of the X-men plot. Both the comics and animated series, not so much the movies, but imo X3 was a pretty big let down. Anyhow, the game looks amazing. Hopefully it breaks the cycle of crappy movie-game releases!
Could possibly be fun...but what are the chances? What I'd like to see is maybe a rating, a little more about the gameplay. Will we be able to play anyone other than wolverine?
you can't judge a game on the trailer. i'm looking forward to this because: 1. it got the 18 age rating 2. there bloody dismembering in the game 3. it looks awesome which is why there's a launch center for the game
Gambit is not french he is cajun, like from new orleans cajun which has french influences but is not french.
7.5 at most! And that's if it doesn't flop. Prolyl another rubish game. The trailer didn't impress me. The speech was bland, and isn't gambit supposed to be french? lol
starduke, Gambit was a bad guy first, he workt for sinister and that's why Gambit is bad in the game and the movie. and where's Gambit french accent?
The Dev's are already saying this will be the best movie-game yet. I guess will just have to wait and see if it beats, the best movie-game so far i.e. 'The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay'! Hands-down IMHO!!
it looks promising, i wish it was only on PS3 and 360. Games that are on all (or close to all) platforms tend to be half-asses because the game has to be made for so many consoles they cant focus the core gameplay. But im not sure, this may be good actually. Hopefully this game breaks the trend.
Wonder how much controll we'll have over the character, looks like a lot of the action will be cutsceens.
Of course the DS version of X-men Origins: Wolverine is going to be different. It is on the DS, one of the best handhelds ever in existance, because of the touch screen. They just didn't have to make Wolverine look like a dork. There are a lot of DS games out there with tons better graphics then this particular DS game. The characters look like who they are supossed to. Take Ninja Gaidan DS. Ryu is still reconizable as Ryu, just on a smaller scale. They could have at least tried to make Wolvie look cool in the DS version. They didn't even have to make him look like Hugh Jackmen, they just should have made him look good. Don't dis this post until you've seen the screenshots on the Nintendo website. You'll probably agree that the DS version makes Wolvie look like a dork. It's sad. They could have done so much better. The versions of the game by Raven look great, at least in the screenshots. Some of my favorite games were done by Raven, and they are my favorites because they are good. Raven's had a pretty decent track record, so far. I just hope the Wolverine games they are making are as good as they look. What would have been nice is if they made the DS version cel-shaded, like Tony Hawks Sk8land. It would have been like a comic book, and if done well, would've looked great. At least it would have looked better then the game they did make. Oh, well, maybe they'll make another Wolverine DS game, that looks better then this one. I am going to buy the PC version, which looks great. I just hope it's good.
Yes! PSP, lol I'm depressed after a new PSP game.XD Anyway, games that are based of movies suck hard most of the times. But some are good. And it's Raven Software that makes this so it might be a really good game. Or unfortunattely a medicore game maybe. But I don't hope so, cus I love X-Men and Wolverine is one of my favorite character in X-Men. But I hope they don't screw up this one, but it looks cool on the trailer. But they should show more gameplay. You know fighting and stuff like that.
starduke this is what we call a prequel and of course the DS version is going to be different. It's almost as if it were a hand held console with the graphical capabilities as the N64
