Finally a game thats actually better than the movie its based on!
-Simple yet effective fighting-
You use your two mouse buttons as light and heavy attack, while using the keyboard to move, jump, grab and block. Then plenty of other special moves.
-Lots of gore-
You can pretty much cut off a limb from anyone while the game automatically goes into bullet time to make sure you see all that blood flying around. You can see Wolverine actually get beat up pretty horribly just to watch him regrow tissue in a few seconds. He really does have adamantium underneath!
-Environment kills-
You can grab enemies and throw them towards a branch, pole, generator, propeller, blades, you name it. Either way, ouch.
-Big (really big) boss fights-
Some big boss fights. One REALLY BIG boss fight.
-Lengthy-
Actually lasts quite a while. You'd expect a game like this not to last long, but hey what do you know.....
-Polished (finally)-
Really nice to see a game like this fully optimized. Didn't see any bugs/glitches or random errors throughout the entire game.
-Upgrades-
The game actually has plenty of RPG elements built into it. Without them, this probably would have a been a decent hack and slash kind of game, but the upgrades, mutagens, unlockables and various skills are a solid plus and keep the game interesting.
If you don't mind some mindless slashing and bashing from time to time, you'll truly enjoy this game. The fighting, environments, characters, and overall feel of the game are all just well done. Good job Raven. Defenetly recommend this one.
