On it's own merits, this game is off the hook!
You know, compared to the WWE Raw 2 on the XBOX this game absolutely rocks! Not as cool as the Smackdown Series for PS2 though. The story mode is cool, you use a Create A Wrestler that you put together and go gang busters. Cash and attributes a plenty.
These attribute points are essential for this is how you beat the champ:). The deal is that you begin in WWE development, go to Heat, get some televised matches. Then the fun part, either go to Raw or Smackdown. Same story line either show, however of course you get a different roster.
my big complaint against Day of Reckoning is that if Raw 2 for XBOX and Smackdown for PS2 get to use any superstar for career mode then this game should have that capibility.
The fact of the matter is that the graphics in the game are outstanding, that is not deniable. However there is no voice over or online capability on this game.
The developers of Yukes! and THQ did a fantastic job on this game for the Game Cube, hands down fun entertainment. If you are a wrestling fan do not hesitate, quit reading this review........run out and buy the game!
