WWE DoR 2 Is A Pretty Solid & Enjoyable Sequel, But it's just not as awesome as the original DoR was. Read Review.

WWE DoR 2 or WWE Day Of Reckoning 2 is the sequel to one of the most underrated and perfect wrestling games i have ever played 2004's DoR. Now this game was released exactly a year later and the game is not much of a leap but still a pretty enjoyable game, lets break it down. The games new features are New Story Mode, the story mode continues right where the original games left off and it's pretty cool i guess i just think they could have done it better, but the game starts off where the original DoR's left off and it continues the story line if you chose the Raw brand in the first game lol, So the games story mode is good but not as good as the original games was. The CAW in this game is okay i managed to make my wrestler look pretty cool but the original games is better but thats just me,. Now the new match type to this game is a lil disappointing it's only a Last Man Standing match like really? oh well the match is still fun. The games roster has roughly the same amount that the original DoR's has and also has 5 legends The Rock, Steve Austin, Mankind, Hulk Hogan, and Bret Hart so pretty good legends. Now the one thing that kinda makes this game fall for me is it's stamina system, it could have been used better and you should have been able to disable it in my personal opinion. Now another thing about DoR 2 is the game has 3 screens Front Middle and Default, Front is like DoR's game screen, Middle looks pretty cool and Default looks like your watching TV so the my fave is front because imo it's the best for a wrestling game. lol.
Okay WWE DoR 2 gets an 8.0 of a solid score on my part while the original games gets a 10 because there was just so many aspects about the original game that were so much better and DoR 2 did little to improve upon
