Nearly perfect. Still missing a few things.

User Rating: 8.8 | WWE Day of Reckoning 2 GC
DAY OF RECKONING had your created superstar trying to make it in the WWE. Eventually, you got to the top of the mountain and claimed the WWE title at Wrestlemania. Now, you have lost the title, and you want it back. You will make allies, be backstabbed, get a girlfriend; you will be put at the scene of a crime (the championship has been stolen); you can only trust yourself. DAY OF RECKONING 2 continues shortly after the first game's finale. The story mode is longer than the first game's, and just as good.

The game has all the same match types from the first DoR, and this isn't exactly a plus, but it doesn't hurt the gameplay. Still, it would be nice to finally be able to play an Elimination Chamber match on the Gamecube. Also, there have yet to be any backstage areas included. There are, however a lot of venues, and far more superstars than in the first game. JBL, Rey Mysterio, Chris Benoit, Edge, Christian, Chris Jericho, and others fill the lineup of athletes, and they are all modeled fairly well.

The music in this game is a lot better than the previous game's music. But the audience's odd cheers can sometimes get annoying. But after a while, you get used to it, and it doesn't cause many problems.

There's a lot of substance in this game. But there was just about the same amount of substance in the first DoR. However, the roster has been updated, the graphics are a bit more powerful, and the music is good. Also, if you liked the story mode in the first installment, you'll want to play this game to see what happens. DAY OF RECKONING 2, without a doubt, is a great WWE game that shouldn't be missed.
