I first played the demo for this and said that i wouldn't bother getting it went it came out because the graphics where rubbish. But when I saw it in the shop on sale I couldn't resist.
The graphics are bad and a little dodgy at times but if you can get passed them it is a very enjoyable game especially if you want proper rally stages unlike dirt2 (I love dirt 2 though).
The controls and physics are solid although the co-driver can be a bit frustrating at times (too late for corners) but i found adjusting the direction time forward in the menu helped no end.
I hope the developers are going to make another one next year as I think if they can improve on a few down falls it could be a very good rally game.

Overall if you can get passed its ugly looks I think there is alot of fun to be had.
