Worms takes you back to when a game could be 2D and great.
Another good thing about this game, like all Xbox arcade games, is the achievement system. The achievements are all pretty fun and well placed. The graphics may not seem very good at first, but there is an incredible amount of detail in the background and even the terrain and worms look defined in HD. The graphics are much better than the original so that is good.
Now for the downside. I had been used to playing worms 3 when I started to play the 360 version. And there are about 3 times as many weapons in worms 3 as in the 360 version. (Holy Hand Grenade, Supersheep, etc.) So i was very dissapointed when I realized there were almost none of my favorites for me to play with. In fact after about five hours of gameplay, all the weapons get really boring and I long for a nice napalm strike from Worms Armegeddon. However, probably the biggest downfall of the game is the price. 10$ for a game that probably barely give 15 hours of repetitive play is too much. In summary: Good game, but if you didn't play it back in the day, it really isn't worth your time, HD space, and money.
