WE9 on psp... not that amazing in comparison with WE9 in ps2. But its the best football on a protable.
Gameplay (7/10) : It has different modes. Quick game, League matches and multiplay. However, cup matches and Master Leauge is missing. The loading time for the game to start is quite long, average about 5 minutes before you can actually start playing a game. Quick game is just you selecting a team and play against others. League matches has 7 different modes, different countries or international league. However Master League is not included in this game. Online play is quite good but due to Konami wanting to earn more money, US Version (Winning Eleven 9) cant link up with (Pro Evolution Soccer 5). If you want to link play if your friends, make sure you get the version that can link play with his or hers.
Graphics (8/10) : Its a very nice game on a PSP. Although the graphics is not perfect, its certainly one of the best around.
Sound (8/10) : In the selection menu, the music could be very repetitive. But in the game, the cheering sound of the fans is just amazing. If a player get close to the goal, cheering will reaches the max. And if you missed, the 'oh....' is not hard to missed.
Value (8/10) : This is a football game, so you can play over and over again. If you are able to link-play with friends, the value of this game will hugely increase.
Overall (8/10) : Although Master League is missing and long loading time at the start. This is the best football game on a protable.
