What can i say about KONAMI's new soccer game. I have been watching konami's creations since 1997 and the my only conclusion is that these guys are becoming better every time they create something. For me KONAMI is the only company that learns from their mistakes. So once again the new is better than the old. Pro Evolution Soccer 4 is better than the former one (PES3) in almost all levels. In general the game became more realistic. Both control and dribble system have been improved. Goalkeepers are smarter and taugher to beat. That makes opperation goal even more difficult. Even the fact that the score usually remains low you won't be disappointed by the game cause you will always enjoy the matches. For me te biggest improved was on the referee mode. The worst part in PES 3 was the referee mode. Referees used to show you a red card for a common tackle or leave nasty challenges unbanned. This was really frustrating me. Anyway emotions like that belong to the past, cause now referees are perfect. Everyone takes what he really deserves by the referee. As it concerns commentary or graphics i don't have many things to say. Both are very similar to the former game of the series(pes 3) and only in some slight points you will see differences. To sum up i have to say that this game is currently(2004) the best football game in the world.
