I started this game by having my then boyfriend download it into my computer, buy a sub, and make me play with him. ( then was a loyal ffxi fan but it was...well It had it's day.) I have to say I started out skeptical but then I really started to enjoy the game. Became addicted. Nightly for hours and hours. Stopped all other games. Joined a guild...and the rest is history. After 4 years, my own guild, endgame, and buying every single lore book on the market as well as every collector's edition, I really liked this game. Then the Cata expansion came out, They changed everything. Mortified. Muddled through. Ran raids. The changes were not good, The game didn't flow. The graphics although a little updated were still.... dated. Then Pandaria came out. Worst thing to ever happen to the game. Class changes? Awful. Tree? Awful. Story? HORRIBLE. The whole thing is just plain terrible in my opinion. The game became nothing but a pile full of dailies to grind for gear that they render useless with each little game update, as they then add a huge pile of new dailies to grind. To try and distract you, they copy Pokemon into the game, so you gotta catch em all if you wish to be the cool little kid on the block and I stress little kid. They ruined the game, pure and simple. They could have updated the graphics even more and continued on with the story and gone into the emerald dream, with the Orgrimarr war in it but no, they add stuffed animals and horrible copies of other people's games for content.I cancelled my subscription. End of story. Hopefully the next expansion will be better... go back to your roots WoW or your member numbers will continue to drop at an alarming rate. Flash forward. Siege of Orgrimarr. Myeah..... Good luck with that incredibly long and drawn out, yet somehow terribly boring raid. Sigh. Now a new expansion. I have watched endless hours of game time for it. Sorry. No can do. How about something new Blizzardvision. It's time for a new game.
