So not sure if its that amazing to change spirit or other stats into mastery rating for my resto shaman, well since the target has to be hurt more for better heals, which is somewhat useful, but not sure how useful. Should i just leave spirit alone or change it to something else?

I focus on gear with Spirit + Haste. Then I reforge Mastery/Crit into Spirit/Haste if a piece lacks Spirit or Haste. I never use gear that lacks in both Spirit and Haste so that, with reforging, every piece is contributing to Spirit and Haste. I'd still consider Crit as having more value than our generally terrible Mastery.
That said, do you mean at 80 or 85? At 80, the mana regen isn't as much of an issue, stack Haste like crazy. At 85, it's a major issue.
On my 85 I gemmed yellow slots as Haste, red as Haste + Int, and blue as Spirit (there were no Haste + Spirit gems available). The gear bonuses tend to be pretty decent and worth socket matching imo. I sit at just over 20% Haste and I think ~15% crit and ~12% mastery in 346 gear if I recall correctly. For a fresh 85 (think, the equivalent of lv200 blues to us now), I think that's pretty decent.

Talking about right now, since there is no mana troubles at all, and i don't need the spirit right now. When cata comes out and I can reach 85, all my stuff will change anyways, so who really cares about that. Will probably change most into haste and some into crit then, or maybe none in crit... still hard to decide.
