I don't really use macro's too much and I was wondering if somebody could help me make one.
I'm looking for one that I can hit one button on and cast embrace, touch, and pain. I can't get one to work, any help?

Also can I have the same macro cast power word shield on me? What I usually do for leveling....

/cast (spell)
/cast (spell)
I use this for using skills and then attacking at the same time, not sure if it works with spells. Doubt you can cast them all at the same time anyway.

/castsequence reset=combat/target Vampiric Embrace, Devouring Plague, Shadow Word: Pain, Power Word: Shield, Mind Blast, Mind Flay, Shoot
Your welcome.

I mean one right after the other instead of me having to hit each one in succession. I do the same thing over and over and it would be great if I could put it on one click although I'm afraid of macro's and want my first time to be gentle.

You can't create a macro that casts more than one action that initiates the global cooldown. IE it is not possible to make the macro you are looking for.
The only possibility is to use a cast sequence, as pointed out by the previous poster. You however have to click the same button multiple times.
You can have as many actions before your cast for items and/or spells that do NOT initiate the global cooldown. This includes many trinkets, and a few spells (such as the Priest spell 'inner focus')
IE you can have your priest activate inner focus, activate their trinket and then cast Mind Blast. You Cannot have your priest cast mind blast and then shadow word pain.

I use three macros for solo grinding:
For my first macro, I usually just cast Vampiric Touch, SW

. I would only throw in Embrace if I'm dotting multiple mobs or if I need some health back.
/castsequence reset=combat/target Vampiric Touch, Shadow Word: Pain, Vampiric Embrace
After dotting the mobs, I would use my Inner Focus/Trinket/Mind Blast macro. If you're like me, I would sometimes forget to use my trinket or inner focus. I found this macro very handy:
/#showtooltip Mind Blast
/use 13
/use 14
/cast Inner Focus
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear ()
/cast Mind Blast
Finally, I would cast my mind flay macro. This macro allows you to finish one flay, without having to refresh when the first flay isn't even finished yet:
/cast [nochanneling:Mind Flay] Mind Flay
