guild on Ally that will allow you to join even if your rarely on the chara?

As the title Says, is there a Guild on Ally in Earthen ring that allows a player to join their guild even if that person is rarely on that Character, but needs the guild perks.

I would figure every realm has at least one big perks guild, best option is to search your Guild Finder or ask in Trade really.

Yeah, on a horde character that I'm only leveling to get the Double Agent achieve, I just asked trade chat if there were any guild out there that I could leech perks off of and was invited to one in seconds.

Horde-side Illidan you don't even have to ask. Low level characters are constantly bombarded with spammed guild invites, and whispers about guild invites if you block the invites themselves. Some ass bag made an add on that selects every character in a zone that doesn't have a guild and automatically sends an invite.

High level characters still get spammed, but not nearly to the same extent.
