Save up an extra $149 for this blue disc after it kills your PS2
The AI players aren't at all challenging. Tight play wins every time.
Player model customization seemed promising at first. There's fine control over many facial feature details, but the stepwise wizard UI makes is near impossible to explore feature combinations - bad developer. The bizarre zombie results actually make play uncomfortable and dark/depressing/boring - bad designer.
Just more evidence that Poker is a human game. One can't hope to deliver anything more than a calcuation trainer in a video game.
Figured I'd endure all this since it came out of the sub-$10 bargain bin, but then the blue disk killed my 5001 series PS2 (Google PS2 DRE). Admittedly that's Sony's fault, not the game's, but buyer beware.
