Great boss battles and a epic ending keep this game from being forgettable.
I felt the game started rather slow and boring but as the story progresses the game just gets better and better. The boss battles are amazing and you will remember every single boss in the game. The ending also proposes that another wolfenstein will be on its way which is good. Every gun in this game is great to use, i prefered the mp43 which i used alot. There is also something called the veil which i used occasionaly. There are four different veil types that will come in handy in different situations. There is alot of nazis to kill in this game, and killing the nazis is great fun but gets stale after a while because your always fighting them. The nazis will use cover often but sometimes they do strange things like stand still when i toss a grenade close to them. There is also some cool otherwordly enemies in the game which is a blast to fight against. I enjoyed fighting the assain which you cant see until its very close to you. But being in the cities always fighting the nazis gets boring after a while.
The graphics are amazing IMO, but they could of had more cities to explore, and the cities that are there are gets very stale and boring to go through. But when for example you attack an airfield or go to a farm its refreshing. It would be cool if the game had a day and night cycle, that would be fun.
The guns sound powerful and strong and the voice acting is good. The music is also good but not great.
This game will take you about 6 - 10 hours to complete, it depends on your skill level or what difficulty you are playing on. I used about 8 hours on the game and i played at the normal difficulty. The game is well worth to try again if you want to find all the money, intel and tomes and you want to get different upgrades for your weapons.
Overall Wolfenstein is a great game that is fun almost all the way through. Some of the checkpoints are wrongly placed and always fighting the nazis throughout the whole game gets boring but cool enemies which you fight sometimes, awesome boss battles and a great ending keeps this game in your memories and will create nostalgia in the future. I recommend this game if your looking for a great weekend.
