Bow before the king of first person shooters. If you have never played this game - you are not a gamer.
In a world now dominated by FPS games, this was the first and also the best game of all time easily of the genre.
First off, to a kid - this game was downright scary. Going around corners finding rabid dogs, nazi soldiers, prisoners, etc. was mindblowing for the time.
The games levels were so well done and the added difficulty modes made the game addicting and VERY challenging. Even today this game would be hard.
The end of the game is ridiculous as well.
Everything about this game was great, and while I was young and didnt log a TON of hours playing it I will never forget this game. Easily the best FPS ever and will probably always remain just that. Top notch music, SFX, graphics and fun - it still hasnt got any better than this.
