A wizard. In a ball. Collecting paint.

This game is one of my favourite games and is still very playable to this day. It involves a wizard and his cat riding around in bouncing vessels. You start each level shooting baddies and powering up to get your cat, once you have your cat in tow, enemies you kill drop paint droplets which you must use your cat (in his own ball) to collect. Once you have enough of one colour, you are whisked off to wiz’s castle to mix the colour and this is added to the level, once colour is restored to the whole level more levels are opened. However things get more complex as certain colours can only be found on previous levels and you need to go back to collect these.
The graphics are large and clear considering how long ago this game was made and a special mention must go to Martin Galway’s music which is superb, it has not one but three of the best tunes ever on the c64. Please check this game out!
