I havent enjoyed the feeling of the new iterations of the series as much as 1 and xl. The weight of the ships and sense of speed was almost perfect in the upper class races. I love the speed you can achieve in the recent psp versions but the handling is light and in turns they are slower and less fluid. Just my opinion. I will pick this up, but i think theres so much more exploration that can exist in the WipeOut world.

I don't care for some pilot assist crap, the hardcore gamers of this game that he is talking about are people LIKE ME. Always loved the simulation like feel of the ships with yawn controls. Can't wait, must get for me.

Cool. A few of the ship designs look like they've gone back to the wipeout 2097 (XL) design again! That was by far the best wipeout!
