Wild Arms will get those gears in your mind, dusty with weeks of button mashing, up and moving

User Rating: 6.5 | Wild ARMs: Crossfire PSP
You start out as Clarissa Arwin, a young woman facing of against an older man called Rupert (wow, what a name.) in a "wild-west" sort of setting. Apparently, he has stolen a sword that belonged to your mother at one point. He tricks you into thinking he's going to give it back and -bam- whips out a hidden sword! Just when you think all hope is lost, Felius-a childhood friend- rescues you.
This is where the real fun starts.
Your first battle consists of you and Felius beating the heck out of a group of 4 units(two striders, a secutor and an elementalist. Here's a shocker: when you beat them, they poison their selves rather than admit defeat.
Dear old Rupert gets away, escaping to board a ship bound for Elisius.
Naturally, you follow him and your journey begins.
Along the way, you meet memorable characters, get mistaken as a supposedly dead princess, earn new classes and synthesize items.

A few interesting features:
Formation Arts- If you have a character on either side of the enemy(opposite sides), your attack power increases!
D.E.R- A Direct Event Report that you get from Labrinthia before every important battle

This isnt a tactical RPG where you can just thrust a group of six warriors onto a battle field and win due to sheer power. You have to think out ever action or else. Trust me, you may even need to change jobs for every battle.

Good- Voice overs, decent graphics, not too easy, jobs/classes(always a plus for me)
Bad- Loading can be a bit sluggish, sometimes the D.E.R isnt really a big help...
