Where can I find all the Cooking Disks?

Flipside Floor 3- Flip to 3-D and pass the gate by Merlons house. Head to the left or right until you come to a blocked pipe. Destroy the blocks and take the pipe to find yourself on the third floor of Flipside. Use Tippi to reveal hidden blocks that lead up to a treasure chest with a Cooking Disk.
Flopside Floor 3- Flip to 3-D and pass the gate by Nolrems house. Head to the left or right to find a floating pipe. Use Tippi to reveal a ledge under the pipe. Take it to reach the third floor of Flopside. Use Tippi/Tiptron to reveal hidden blocks leading up to a treasure chest with a Cooking Disk.
Flipside Floor 1 - Inside the house to the left of the elevator, flip to 3-D and take it off of the table.
Flopside Basement 1 - Enter the Flopside Coffee House and flip to 3-D to find a hidden passage with two treasure chests, one of which contains a Cooking Disk.
Chapter 5-2 - Just before the Star Door in the first room, flip to 3D and take the hidden pipe there. Flip to 3-D to find a chest with a Cooking Disk.
Chapter 7-4 - In Sector 2 of the Overthere, locate a hidden pipe in 3-D and take it. Defeat or capture the Gigabyte and open the chest for a Cooking Disk.
