How do I beat ninja sword guy?

I can't beat ninja sword guy in boss stage of jimmy p....help...!!!

Hold the Wiimote with two hands, or just one if ur good, and follow the actions. If the ninja moves to ur right, block (rotate the wiimote) right, and vice versa. Carry on until you get to a stalemate where you can knock him back and slice his helmet.

You must hold the Wiimote like holding a sword and when the enemy attack to ur right just rotate the Wiimote to defend. But, if you rotate it to far from the middle the enemy can easily attack from the middle. Because, there are no warning when the enemy attack you from the middle.

First place your Wii remote into the Umbrella form. If the ninja is about to hit you, swing your wii remote on his sword to avoid him.
