    Even though I liked Melee more than Brawl, I still love it. I just think Melee deserved a 9,5 too. I hope the next game goes wild and has an insane amount of characters, including all the old ones...and Ganondorf gets to actually use his sword.

    What a horrible review. He just described the game for four minutes. It sounded like he was preview the game using the information on the back of the case.

    Extensive online multiplayer options? What the hell are you talking about? You can play a laggy 2:00 brawl, the only choice in settings you get is whether it's FFA or 2 vs 2. And the lag makes it almost a moot point as it destroys the gameplay.

    Or how about some of the over powered items, the random slipping (and other random stuff that instantly kills you), how some of the stage designs are horrendous, such as 75mm, or how the single player adventure is tedious and lack luster?

    Don't get me wrong, I really like this game, it just bothers me that the review didn't even mention obvious flaws with the game, or try to sound intelligent or thought out in the least.

    this game is the best and is going to be for some time. i still havent gt the subspace emissary to 100% and i havent got all the trophys,but i play every day to find new stuff

    wow there is 2 buttons but many different attacks and combos, this game is amaqzing though and my favorite game ever.

    Ah, brings back old memories of when i used to go to my friends house nearly every day and beg him to let me play Super Smash Bros. Melee on his Gamecube.
    Now that I have a Wii i can get this for myself

    The game keeps track of stats and I've played this for almost 140 hours (I got it at the midnight release last year). I don't see myself slowing down though in the next year. Customization, breadth of unlockables, and depth of the battle system. They're all here.

    I liked this game but it should of had a bigger solo player mode and it should of been 4 player not 2. Then it would be perfect!
