In the bombed city level where do I find the nasty german office?

Because I can't find him anywhere when rafferty sais on the radio that he's closeby I search everywhere but I can't find him.

You have to run down the passageway leading out of the radio room to the room at the end up to the left is a walk way the nasty officer runs along it but be quick to shoot him first or he'll disappear into another room and gets away
