Telltale Games has thus far led with the PC edition of its revival of LucasArts' acclaimed Monkey Island adventure franchise, with Tales of Monkey Island Chapter 2: The Siege of Spinner Cay hitting desktops last week. As it turns out, Wii gamers won't have to wait long for their turn at The Siege of Spinner Cay, because Nintendo revealed today as part of its weekly update that the game is now available for 1,000 Wii points ($10).

Joining Guybrush Threepwood on Nintendo's console this week is Tecmo's 3-2-1, Rattle Battle. Tecmo didn't divulge much detail about Rattle Battle, saying only that it is a multiplayer-friendly minigame compilation in which gamers frantically shake the Wii Remote to accomplish tasks. The game is available for 500 Wii points ($5).

The Wii's Virtual Console sees Sega's classic role-playing game Phantasy Star added to its lineup this week for 500 Wii points ($5). Originally released in Japan for Sega's Master System in 1987, the fantasy RPG tasks players with turn-based sword-and-sorcery action against a variety of infernal combatants.

The sole addition to the DSiWare Shop this week is Puzzle League Express from Nintendo. The 500 DSi point ($5) title features classic match-style gameplay, in which players attempt to associate like-colored blocks to clear them from the board. Puzzle League Express offers four single-player modes--Endless, Clear, Score Attack, and Vs. COM--as well as a variety of background music and display options.
