the Miis take over in a party game that is Mario Party's match!

User Rating: 9.5 | Wii Party WII
Get ready to party with Wii Party as your Miis move in to take over the board in a Mario Party like style. The game basically plays the same way as Mario Party, play mini games for spots and move across the board. Some of the mini games can be extremely difficult the first few times playing them and the CPUs, even when set to beginner level can still beat you and the people you're playing with, but despite their AI, they are beatable. Also, the announcer guy's voice sounds like pure gibberish and can become annoying, but this not a major problem for the overall game. There are several different games to play within, ranging from a board game to a game that has travel across a board that brings you Earth's landmarks and countries (and even food!)

Playing this game solo isn't nearly as fun as playing with a few people. When playing in a group, you can expect to be laughing your head off as a T-Rex chases one of your opponents down the board or just by playing the mini games themselves, whether your running from zombies in Zombie Tag or trying to punch each other of a platform. It's even more fun seeing your face as you into a 1 Vs. 3 battle. Wii Party will bring back some memories from Mario Party as you play through its many mini games. There isn't much of board variety or Bowser trying to steal your coins and move cards instead of stars. Regardless, Wii Party will have you jumping off the couch and laughing like crazy. It's Mario Party for your Miis and this is a party game that should try for yourself! Wii Party, anyone? ^_^
