Wii Fit Video Review 1

Keven Van Ord could use this. He gained a lot of his weight back after losing 90 lbs 2 years ago.

After 3-4 months of use on the wii fit. It really has helped me lose about 3 stone. This was the only motivation I had to lose weight. I just kept going and enjoying loseing a pound everyday or so. Of course sometimes it may get boring but doesn't everything after a while. Its all about keeping to it and eating the right foods. You will lose weight and be more toned. This review is pathetic. Gamespot probably has the wii fit 2 weeks or so. It takes months and hard work to get the right results for you.

For those of you who don't know, 150 kilograms is about 330 pounds.

i bet he hated that he was chosen to review this title. i think the review should be focused on the fact that it makes gamers to move their asses! from 0 fit exercise to at least 1 minute(better than zero).

I can believe they made this. Why not go for a jog? Its gets you more active, fresh air, and best of all, ITS FREE.

oh my god i nearly fell of the chair when i saw him sitting down and just swinging the remote while eating a cookie with the jogging game on at 04:35. that was the best part of the whole review lol it makes me watch that portion of the video over and over again

@ Gmaster01 well i guess its probably not that much the game its more the balance board... cause more and more games these days are supporting the balance board... in fact... a couple of developers see the balance as some kind of extra platform... who knows why!

note any rapid weight lose probably isn't fat it's probably water weight that's what fools people a lot of time early on in workout programs

most of my friends have it but i cant get it what makes wii fit so great

I think it's incredible fun and i would recomend it to anyone it's also quite addictive and my mum lost 2 punds in 3 days on it, and she's not even fat so if your an adult looking to lose wait out there buy it!

i just got this game and i think it is funny. it is very diffrent from other games which i think makes it cool! :D

Does the NPC's always have to wave at you when your running right behind them? I think that's annoying.

wow. just pick the excersize after each one. who cares if they aren't strung together. and only fat asses like him would cheat

ive gained weight since i got wii fit

and i dont think that slappymoe66 realizes that the wii isnt made to be an exercise machine. it is a game system. all the old people need to stop buying them so the real gamers can put them to good use.

i dont need it but i have it!

Its pretty cool.I mean probaly for my age.Especially for those who might need help losing weight.
