Are you ready to work your body HARDCORE! Well guess what. Wii Fit does give a sweat, but will not kill you.
This game is a fitness program. There are many different exercises. There is yoga, where it emphasises on streching A LOT. A lot of guys(like me) think that yoga is a girl workout, but really, it's difficult. Good luck! In strength exercises, you really work. You do stuff like pushups, planks, jackknifes, etc. You can also challenge your trainer when you unlock it. Aerobics, where you move around and do activities like running, basic step, etc. Running is my least liked activity, because you have to run in place, and won't give you the feel of really running. If you wanna run, just go outside. The final category is Balance. As the name implies, you will have to do a lot of balancing, such as heading soccer balls, table tilt, feeding penguins, Lotus Focus, etc. Lotus Focus is the HARDEST game in Wii Fit. You just sit there and you cannot move a molecule at all, and if you do, you lose. Anyone know how to do it?
Aside from exercises, you can take a body test. The game first weighs you and tests your balance. How does the balance board weigh you? Next, you can take two minigames, which are optional, but it won't take long. After done with those, you will get your Wii Fit age. I do not trust the results, because the games you can get are random and on some occasions, you can get the games you are good at, and sometimes you won't. Also, if you want more accurate results, you have to take the Body Test the same time of the day everyday to keep accurate results.
The graphics are great. They are very cartoony.
The controls worked fine for most of the games. The game uses the Wii Balance Board which comes with the game.
Wii Fit is a very good game. The only downsides are that you can cheat on some games, and the price tag. $90 bucks is a LOT to pay for this game. Yes I know this game comes with a peripheral, but still, $90 is a lot to pay for this game.
This game gets a 7.5 out of 10 with the title of Good.
