Good for a while
The best part would have to be the balance games you unlock and the bonus two you get when you do the daily body test, plus some fun aerobics games, like who doesn't love "stepping" in rhythm. Some of the yoga and muscle workouts aren't all bad, but there are some good ones.
This game is the only real fitness program that makes sense to me, making you fit and have fun without stick-in-the-mud instructors or matter-of-fact diet guides
