WET puts you in control of Rubi Malone, a fixer for hire, who has been unknowingly set up and now has to clear her name in a high octane adventure. Rubi has her guns, sword and acrobatic flair to see her through hordes of enemies determined to stop her.

Rubi starts out with a few abilities at her disposal. But more can be purchased with the style points Rubi earns with each enemy she kills in acrobatic slow motion or finds in crates and hard to reach areas. Along the way, Rubi can also collect monkey toys. If she collects enough monkey toys more extra content will be available for viewing.

Guiding Rubi throughout her journey is easy due to responsive and smooth controls with a retro 70s style music score that suits any situation Rubi finds herself in. WET's visuals are a bit rough around the edges. But otherwise decent all-around.

While a fun game to play, WET can be repetitive at times and on the short side. Some stages are short while some are not. Boss battles consists of pressing the right buttons on time otherwise Rubi gets killed by the boss she's battling.

WET is a game I'd recommend to players who enjoy a short but action-packed game with guns blazing and what not. Even if action games are not your cup of tea, WET should be given a chance to shine.
