Good for multi-player, but a very shallow game otherwise

Gameplay: yes, its fun, but coulda been ALOT better. the best part is the realistic feel of it riding the waves. the courses can extremely hard at the higher levels and takes LOTS of practice just to unlock the last course. There are only 7 or 8 courses altogether. Multiplayer racing could have been better if it added computer AI opponents to it. (when racing against a friend, its just you and your friend on the course. which can be fun sometimes, but the option to race against each other and computer AI would have been better too). Graphics: if only everything looked as good as the water, this game coulda looked alot better. the water looks amazing. everything else looks mediocre. still, colorful and creative courses make it look pretty good. Sound: bleh, i loved the japanese techno-pop from the N64 version alot better. this one is mostly just guitar riffs and is barely noticable. a better soundtrack really could have helped this game. sound effects are a little outdated. Value: would have gave it a lower score if i didnt pay only 7 bucks for this game. as mentioned before, there's hardly any variety here, next to none unlockables. very shallow.
