Ten years ago when this game was originally released half of his appeal was their colorful and impressive 3-D graphics along with cool amazing water effects and animations , while by today's standards the 3-D graphics seem a bit dated ( or quite average in the best case ) the simply and fun gameplay remains that is also multiplayer .

The gameplay resumes only in the movement of the analog stick and the accelerator button to lead your jet-ski through the track avoiding the many buoys tha show you the way - left or right - , and passing a buoy from the wrong side will give you a fault and will decrease your turbo , miss five of them and you're out .

The four selectable characters have enough differences from each other talking about skills and looks - tough all of they use a blocky helmet that they will only take off in the end of the series of tracks against the CPU - , the race tracks are different from each other too with their own spins and shortcuts , the settings vary from tunnels through a city , a foggy swamp , one with icebergs , a beach by sunset . Elements of the tracks like the fog , the shortcuts and the buoys positions vary in each difficult - normal , hard and expert , one more that is called reverse - delivering a good challenge so anyone can enjoy the game .

The water animations still look quite nice , the music .... well has his own charm some might like it a lot ( i do ) . So you have a pretty solid game with different levels settings that is easy to play and with nice graphics for ten bucks seems a good deal .
