I must say, great looking game but falls really short because of gameplay. I don't understand, if you're going to make a GTA clone, you might as well make the gameplay a lot smoother. My biggest pet peeve is driving vehicles and running. Assassins creed was by far the worse game when it came to running. There wasn't an obstacle he wouldn't climb by accident. Then comes Watch Dogs where vehicles are so unreal that it takes the fun out of it. If all GTA clones went in the direction of GTA Vice City the way the bikes and cars drove, there wouldn't be a problem.
Overall, the game is boring. You just hack, hack, hack, stop vigilantes and hack some more. It does seem to have good game value, not like GTA 5 where it all ended and nothing to do.
Not my type of game.
