Orochi Warriors pits you up against characters from the DW and SW games on some familiar battlefields. The game suffers from a crappy difficulty setting feature where if your hit on hard or chaos mode you lose a huge chunk of life making it impossible to play either mode without repeating surrounding charge attacks with characters like Guan Ping who has one of the best third charge attacks in the entire game making it possible to play any difficult mode regardless of the scenario five stars.
Warriors Orochi suffers from allot of things, first off there is no real cooperative mode here. You select 3 characters for you and the person your playing with. Meaning you both can't select three of your own characters you have to share!
Music wise the game still has the same stupid anime guitar like songs. Of course Samurai Warriors have their own japanese themes while Dynasty Warrior characters get stuck with boring rock tunes.
Warriors Orochi isn't a fun game at all, its slow, sluggish, and boring at the same time. There are class types which means characters that use to be fast in previous games are either really slow or boring to play with. Character voices suck too for some characters. Sima Yi use to have a good voice actor for DW4 but someone really ruined him badly in this game. Zang He also sounds allot worst, and Ranmuru might as well be a female.
