The games humor is only ok, but the gameplay is crazy good for on the go action!

I bought this game the day it came out. I didnt really know what to expect as i hadn't heard a whole lot about it, but i picked it up anyways. I couldnt play it then and there because it was one of those moment decision type of things and i didnt have my gba. I started to read the instructions and i was mad. I thought i bought a serious dud from what i read in the instructions. Thankfully, this would be one of the most worthwhile and longest portable games of all time!

The game is basically a compilation of many really weird and obscure mini games. As you progress they can get faster (if your playing them single) or they could just get harder (if you are playing the story mode). The objective is to beat all the mini games that you can without losing 4 times. After those 4 times its over, you lost, but its so addictive! Since there were so many characters in the story mode with their own genre it was amazing on trips. After you beat so many records you start earning stand alone games, some are GREAT and some are bad.

The graphics were nothing state of the art even for their time, but it got the job done. It tried to be funny and sometimes was, but most the time it wasnt. If your looking for eye candy (which i dont know why you'd be looking on the gba anyways) then you came to the wrong place, but again, it gets the job done.

Overall, this game should last you a good long while if your one of those people who get everything. If you only beat a game once just to see what the whole game is like, you've come to the wrong place, but if your willing to get all the extras, it could take you a good long 50+ hours to get everything and truly experiance wario ware.
