Wario Ware is basically a bunch of microgames played out in a clever and unique way. To begin with let's explain how the game works. You pick a stage and then you play a short game with a simple objective such as Collect where you must bag all the gold coins within a short time limit. Now when you complete a few games a boss stage appears and when you complete this boss stage you complete the stage and move on to the next one. It certainly doesn't take long to win the entire story mode but the reall challenge here lies in gaining high scores.

Now there are quite a few of these microgames around the place and they are all clever, polished and really simple. The only buttons you ever use are the D-Pad and the A button. Each stage is themed a certain way like 9-Volt's stage his stage is all classic Nintendo games and it's awfully cool to see classics like Duck Hunt and Super Mario Bros. making an apeareance in this game.

Once you've completed a stage you can try it again and it'll never end so you will play endlessly until you lose all 4 lives with the game getting faster and faster until you eventually screw up and lose. There are a few extra stages to mix it up even further. Like the Thrilling building where the hardest game are played when you have only one life mess up once and you lose. To go along with this there are a few fun minigames to play most of which are two player with players using the L and R buttons to play against each other. These little games are simple and fun.

The games that are thrown at you in a stage are completely random and the idea is that you have to quickly recognize which game it is and then to execute the action before the time limit runs out. This game is simple, addictive and crazy! A bucketload of fun and a must have for any GBA owner.
