This game brings the Warhammer universe in a different view, third-person action view. You're Titus, an Ultramarine, who ultimative must save the world from demonic exposure and Orks. You have different weaponry usable for the quest, you have some Ultramarines at your side and you have the skills to roll and swing your chainsword or axe to bring down those Orks.
The gameplay is pretty straightforward and predictable, but a good action after all.
